Had a great American breakfast that came with fantastic food and lovely views. It was super easy to get to the downtown area with all the shops and restaurants right there in the town center.

The staff here are quick to help and always ready to answer any questions you may have, showing great attention to detail.

The venue has functional rooms and very professional staff in terms of arrangements for transportation and restaurants. The location is perfect and nice in the formal restaurant where the food was n't the greatest. The place to have dinner just a short stroll away from the hotel is Quidu, loved this place👌❤

This hotel near El Calafate is a great place to stay for 2 nights, close to Lago Argentino, the town center, and a promenade with exciting bird varieties.

The hotel's location was great, with shops, restaurants, and the lake nearby. My suite was very clean, and I loved having a Nespresso machine and a living room. The American breakfast provided a good variety of meals. The pool was wonderful, and the bistro bar served delicious drinks.

The first thing that impressed me was the stunning lake view from my room. It was like waking up to a postcard every morning. The hotel's location right on the lake shore, although a bit far from the center, ensured a peaceful and picturesque setting. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with a king size plus single bed that provided a great night's sleep. And the breakfast included a few gluten free options, which was a pleasant surprise.

There are some details that did not seem to me to be in keeping with a 5-star hotel, for example: the sound between rooms is bad, you hear too much sound from the rooms and corridor. breakfast is varied, bakery is not exactly the strongest. It has a good entertainment room but they close it too early... hotel restaurant does not have a good menu and food is not so good, always taking into account the stars of the hotel. dimensions of the room are very good as well as the lighting. The TV is small for the distance between the beds and wall. It is a nice and cozy hotel but I insist that the star-price-services ratio is not in accordance with the structure and services.
